Australian Sake Festival Ticket Refund Policy:
If you have Australian Sake Festival tickets and the event is cancelled or postponed, we will contact you to offer you a transfer of your booking to a future event or a refund. Tickets will not be refunded for a change of mind. Any request to change the date, session or number of people, it can be accepted up to 7 days in advance of the event date. Changes made less than 6 full days before the event date are not accepted. Refunds will be made after you repurchase a new ticket, and the amount will be refunded minus a processing fee of $7 per ticket.
