Yes, a wristband will be given on the day, and will be able to re-enter with it during the opening hours on the same day.
No, you cannot use your own glass for tasting. Tastings are only allowed in dedicated glasses provided at the Sake Festival.
Dogs are not allowed at the venue. Service animals are welcome.
Yes, vegan and Vegetarian options will be available to offer. More details will be available on the day at the venue or in the festival brochure.
Yes, soft drinks are available for purchase.
No, all food, drinks and merchandise stations will be cashless. Please plan to bring a card and/or your digital wallet for payment.
No, under Liquor Licensing Regulations, consumption of alcoholic beverages purchased at the venue are not allowed within the venue.

Tickets

Unfortunately non-drinker tickets are not available but we would love to have you! Non-alcoholic drink options and lots of Japanese products available for purchase and exciting activities to see. For more details, follow us and stay updated with our News page!
Children under 18 are free. Please note that all under 18 are required to be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times during the event.
Our mails may get caught up in junk mail. Try an inbox search for【Humanitix】and see if you can locate the email that way.

Still can’t find it? No worries! Email us info[at]sake-festival.com.au with your order number and our team will look up your order and resend your tickets.
Have your confirmation email ready for scanning at the door. Tickets can be downloaded by clicking ‘Print/Download’.
For group ticket holders, tap the ‘View Tickets’ button to open a new window. The group ticket will include an individual QR Code for each group member. Your whole group does not need to check in together as long as you have your own number.
Please go to a merchandise booth with your order number or confirmation email.
Email us info[at]sake-festival.com.au if you wish to change the date. Please note that date requests are accepted up to 7 days before the festival and a processing fee of $7 per ticket will be charged.
Online tickets will usually be at capacity by a week before the event. In case you missed, there will be a limited amount of tickets available to purchase at the door. However please be aware that if you are waiting in line with ticketed patrons, entry to the festival will be prioritised for those with pre-purchased tickets, Door sales are subject to venue capacity.
Yes, you can still pass it onto another person if you can't make it.
Yes, you can enter along with your ticketed support person. Please present your valid card at the reception.
Australian Sake Festival is designed for general consumers, there are no tickets designed for traders.
