A booking fee of 1.6% of the ticket price + AUD 0.99 + AUD 1.00 per ticket applies to all ticket purchases. This fee covers payment processing costs charged by Evey Events and Shopify and is non-refundable, including in the case of cancellations or refunds.
In accordance with our liquor license, alcohol service will end 15 minutes before the close of each session. This event is for ages 18 and over. Responsible Service of Alcohol practices will be observed.

Postcode and initials of winners will be announced on the official Australian Sake Festival website. EVA Air will contact the winners at a later date.
The ticket is valid for one year from the date of issue to the winner.
The ticket is valid for a return economy class flight from Brisbane Airport to Japan via Taipei (Taiwan) on EVA Air operated flights only.
