All attendees who wish to taste alcoholic beverages at Australian Sake Festival must be at least 18 years of age and respect our strict adherence to RSA principals. Alcohol will not be served to anyone under 18 years of age. All guests must have a valid ID on site.
Australian Sake Festival is a sake and other alcoholic beverages tasting event, and has a strict alcohol policy that is designed to protect the guests and the public from alcohol-related incidents. Please kindly note that all guests are expected to maintain responsible and appropriate behaviour at all times. Australian Sake Festival has the right to refuse entry to any guest intoxicated upon arrival to the Festival and reserves the right to remove any guest from the event who is intoxicated, causing a disturbance, or is potentially dangerous to himself/herself or others. Removed guests will not have a refund for his/her ticket or be compensated in any way. The purpose of the conduct policy is to assure the safety and well-being of all guests.
Australian Sake Festival might cancel or postpone the event for different reasons. In such a case, you will be informed as soon as possible. You can choose to receive a credit note or get a refund. The refund will be made to the same card number from which the original transaction was made.
If you wish to refund your tickets or change the quantity of tickets, a processing fee of $7 per ticket will be charged (For Australian Sake Festival 2025 in Brisbane, $3 per ticket will be charged). Please note that if you purchase any goods with Add-on along with your tickets and wish to cancel your booking, all linked Add-on Orders will also be cancelled.
All enquiries to your booking must be made up to 7 days prior to the date of the event you are attending. Any changes or refund your booking will not be accepted after that point.
Australian Sake Festival cannot accept liability for any damages, loss or injuries sustained at the Festival, including loss or damage to property, however caused.
Please note that photographs and footage will be taken throughout the event. By attending the event, you enter an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur and your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition or reproduction.
