Kotoka Strawberry Cider

This cider uses 100% Kotoka, a high-quality strawberry variety representative of Nara Prefecture. It is a refreshing strawberry cider with the rich sweetness of Kotoka, which boasts a high sugar content among many varieties, and the fine, refreshing carbonated water made by Nose Brewery.

Fuyu Persimmon Cider

Category: Carbonated drinks
It is a refreshing cider that luxuriously uses the entire amount of “Fuyu persimmon” from Nara Prefecture. The umami and sweetness of the persimmon are firmly retained, and it has a tropical and rich taste that overturns the image. It is a beautiful persimmon-colored cider that can be enjoyed by men and women of all ages.

Ripe Pear Cider

This is a sweet and refreshing pear cider that allows you to fully enjoy the aroma and freshness of Japanese pears.
These pears are fully ripened “on the tree”*1, so their sweetness is outstanding.
We want you to enjoy our carefully grown pears all year round! With this in mind, we commercialized it. Please enjoy Nara’s pears.
*1…Unlike other fruits, pears do not ripen once they are harvested.
For this reason, the method of growing is to ripen the fruit while the tree is bearing fruit.

Kotono Awa

Category: Sparkling wine
A luxurious strawberry sparkling wine that uses plenty of rare Nara Prefecture strawberries, Kotoka. The fragrant scent and deep sweetness of Kotoka make you feel as if you are eating Kotoka.

Kotono Awa(plum sparkling wine)

Category: Sparkling wine
A plum sparkling wine made from Nanko-Ume from Nara Prefecture.
Instead of soaking plums or sugar in alcohol like plum wine, plums are soaked in white sugar to make plum syrup, then diluted and fermented with wine yeast.
It has lower sugar and alcohol content than plum wine and is characterized by a refreshing taste

Tsukigase no Nigoriumeshu

Category: Others
Using unripe plums from Nara Prefecture, we blend ripe plum pulp into plum liqueur handcrafted using old-fashioned methods. You can enjoy a rich plum flavor with a balance of sweetness and sourness that you cannot taste with regular plum wine.

Naramachi Black Tea and Plum Wine

Category: Plum wine
This black tea is made from organically grown tea leaves in Tsuge, a mountainous area of Nara City, and is blended with plum wine made from unripe plums from Nara Prefecture. The aroma of the black tea and plum wine wafts through the air. Please enjoy the sweetness of the plum wine and the refreshing aftertaste of the black tea.

“Yoridake” Blended Malt Whisky

Category: Whiskey
The powerful, rich, and sweet taste of this sake is reminiscent of Mt. Yoroi-dake, a majestic rocky mountain clad in armor, towering over Soni Village, Nara Prefecture. It has a smooth taste whether mixed with water or as a highball. It would be a great pleasure if people from all over the world could enjoy the sweet and deep aroma of Nara like never before, from this place that is said to be the end of the Silk Road. The label was produced by Nara’s proud and spirited female calligrapher, Saiga Nakagawa. Please enjoy the strength of the font.

KURAMOTO SE

Category: Junmai shu, Special Junmai shu
Brewed by Kuramoto Sake Brewery, this sake expresses the new aroma of Japanese sake. We propose a new standard for sake, which we have arrived at after trial and error, such as the type of rice, rice polishing ratio, koji ratio, and yeast selection.
The crisp, refreshing blue aroma found in white wine sauvignon blanc called “4MMP,” which is a fusion of lychee, muscat, and grapefruit, and some craft beers, is popular with wine users and Japanese sake. This is a sake that even beginners should try.
Is it wine? Is it Japanese sake? Chill it, pour it into a wine glass, close your eyes and feel it slowly. The refreshing acidity and well-balanced sweetness spread in the mouth, and the aftertaste is refreshing.

KURAMOTO R1

Category: Junmai shu, Special Junmai shu
Brewed by Kuramoto Sake Brewery, this sake expresses the new flavor of Japanese sake. Soyashi water is essential for brewing Bodaimoto. Using the Shoryakuji lactic acid bacteria used at that time, it was brewed by the original FLaP manufacturing method. This manufacturing method focuses on the power of lactic acid bacteria and the taste of lactic acid, as well as the refreshing taste. When you put it in your mouth, the mellow acidity derived from lactic acid bacteria and the well-balanced sweetness spread. Light mouthfeel and refreshing aftertaste. If you drink it chilled and crisp, you will be able to open up a new world of sake. It is also recommended for sake beginners.

Sake brewed using homegrown rice “Yume Sansui.”
It has a mild cider-like aroma, a dry finish, and a firm acidity.

Sake brewed with “Yamada Nishiki,” the king of sake rice.
Yamada Nishiki can express the conflicting flavors of richness and sharpness.

Bodaimoto Tsuge no Himuro Long-term Aged Sake

Category: Junmai shu, Special Junmai shu
Bodaimoto-zukuri is a brewing method that was created in the Muromachi period (early 1400) at Bodaisan Shoryakuji Temple in Nara. It is characterized by the use of “raw rice” in the manufacturing process, and this method has recently been revived at Shoryaku-ji Temple for the first time in about 500 years. Using rice and water from Shoryaku-ji Temple and its territory, the moto is made with the action of Shoryaku-ji Lactic Acid Bacteria and Shoryaku-ji Yeast separated from the precincts, and a unique regional characteristic of Nara Prefecture that combines this with modern brewing methods. It is a pure rice sake with a rich and umami mouth.

An apple liqueur made with apple juice produced in Japan, which has a high sugar content. Please enjoy the sweetness and slight acidity of apples.

We lavishly used ripe tangerine juice harvested during the winter season. It is a product that allows you to enjoy the original flavor of Japanese mandarin oranges with a high sugar content.

Cherry blossom syrup is blended with authentic plum wine carefully packed with plums from Nara prefecture. Please enjoy the vivid colors and faint scent derived from cherry blossom syrup.

This is a multipurpose box made by bending a hinoki cypress board using a manufacturing technique that is inscribed on the Japan Heritage List. It is a 100% Japanese-made octagonal box made of natural hinoki cypress. The entire production process, from cutting wood without spoiling its beauty and texture to finishing, takes place at our own workshop. This box can be used for various purposes: as a trash can with a plastic bag put inside, a toy box, an accessory box, etc. You can also make an open cabinet by stacking multiple Happo. Another interesting idea is putting a smartphone in it so that the box works like a speaker. Since it is made of natural wood, grains and colors may differ. Please do not put water in it.

TONGI

Category: Tongs
This is a pair of wooden tongs made by bending a hinoki cypress board using a manufacturing technique that is inscribed on the Japan Heritage List. The bent wood bar is so supple that you can hold things easily without a tight grip. You can use it in place of chopsticks when eating salad, snacks, etc. After use, wash it in water and dry it thoroughly. Since it is made of natural wood, wood grains may affect the level of the strength of the bent arms. Please do not bend the product back or hold something with it forcefully, which can cause a heavy load to the slit, causing it to break or become less supple.
