We are thrilled to introduce the JFC Food Area at this year’s Australian Sake Festival in Sydney, where a diverse range of food companies affiliated with JFC will be showcasing their products. This special area will feature two distinct sections, catering to both general attendees and industry professionals.
In the Elston Room on the ground floor, booths F07 to F13 will be offering samples and products for purchase. Visitors can explore a variety of delicious offerings, including okonomiyaki, miso soup, matcha ice cream, Japanese rice, DIY candy for kids, and more! (Please note that offerings may vary on each day)

This exclusive area is designed for industry professionals, and access is granted upon presentation of a business card at the entrance. However, if you have a keen interest in the food industry, you’re still welcome to visit and explore the offerings. You’ll have the chance to sample a wide range of products including ramen, dumplings, wagyu beef and a variety of seasoning.(Please note that offerings vary on each day)
