Experience the taste of Nagano at Sydney Sake Festival 2026!

Blessed with pure water and abundant nature, Nagano is home to a rich food culture shaped by its natural environment. At the “NAGANO JAPAN～ The Land of Pure Waters～” booth, visitors can discover a variety of regional specialties that showcase the quality and flavours of this beautiful part of Japan.

Taste your way through Nagano with sake, including YUZUSHU and Sparkling varieties, Shichimi spices, Premium rice, Rice seasonings, OYAKI and Kimchi. Each offers a different way to experience the ingredients, food culture and organic spirit of the region. Some of the food and drinks on offer will be making their Australian debut and will be available at special festival prices.

On Days 2 and 3, featured producers will also host special tasting sessions in the Seminar Area, giving visitors the opportunity to taste their products and learn more about what makes Nagano’s food and sake unique.
