Monday, 14 September | Discover the Diversity of Gifu Sake 

Located in the heart of Japan, Gifu Prefecture is renowned for its pristine mountain water, premium sake rice and centuries of brewing expertise. The region produces a remarkable variety of sake styles, from elegant and aromatic expressions to rich, food-friendly classics. 

The event features two dedicated sessions designed to suit different business needs. 

Pre-Scheduled Business Appointments (11:00am–12:35pm) 
Meet one-on-one with four Gifu breweries currently seeking Australian import and distribution partners. These focused meetings provide an excellent opportunity to discuss product ranges, export capabilities and potential commercial partnerships. 

Trade Tasting Event (2:00pm–3:30pm) 
Discover a wider selection of sake from seven Gifu breweries while speaking directly with the producers. Compare styles, explore regional characteristics and identify products that complement your existing portfolio.
