The Melbourne Sake Festival 2026 will offer registered trade buyers the opportunity to connect directly with producers and suppliers.

This opportunity is tailored for Australian wholesalers, retailers, importers, distributors, and hospitality professionals looking to discover new Japanese sake, fruit liqueurs, and food products, and strengthen their current offerings.

A large number of producers, including sake breweries from Japan, local importers, distributors, and Japanese food businesses, will showcase their offerings across over 100 booths, making this one of the largest sake events of its kind in Australia. Many of these breweries are actively seeking local partners in Australia.

In 2026, the festival introduces a more flexible format by removing fixed B2B session times, allowing buyers to attend any session and explore the event freely while engaging in more natural business conversations.
