We wish to inform our esteemed customers that fraudulent activity involving the sale of counterfeit tickets for Australian Sake Festival 2023 has been brought to our attention. The organiser of the event, JAMS.TV Pty Ltd (“JAMS.TV”), is deeply concerned about this issue and has taken immediate action by consulting the relevant government agencies.
We kindly request that customers exercise caution and refrain from purchasing tickets from unfamiliar individuals on “ticket trading sites” or “auction sites.” These unauthorised sellers may offer fake tickets, leading to potential issues upon entry to the festival.
Please be aware that if a ticket is found to have been resold or transferred for profit, it will be rendered invalid, and entry to the event will be denied. We regret to inform you that no refund of the ticket price will be possible under such circumstances.
For your utmost convenience and security, we strongly advise purchasing tickets exclusively from the authorised ticket sales channels designated by JAMS.TV. These include official ticketing websites and on-site ticket boxes established at the event venue on the day of the festival.
JAMS.TV cannot assume responsibility for any complications or inconveniences arising from the purchase of tickets obtained through unauthorised sources.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees at Australian Sake Festival 2023.
Sincerely,
The Australian Sake Festival Team
