With 45 breweries spread throughout the region, each crafting sake with its own unique character, this booth will feature selections from seven distinguished breweries.
Gifu is a land where nature defines the taste of sake. With 80% of the prefecture covered by forests, the region is blessed with 3,000m mountains in the north and fertile plains in the south. Pure snowmelt turns into crystal-clear water, creating the perfect foundation for brewing sake of remarkable depth and character.
