On Sunday, 6 July, Melbourne will host its largest Japanese sake and liquor trade event of 2025.

Presented by JAMS.TV, the Australian Sake Festival 2025 at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) will offer exclusive early access for registered trade buyers—giving you the opportunity to enter the venue one hour before the general public.

This opportunity is tailored for Australian wholesalers, retailers, importers, and restaurants looking to discover new Japanese sake, fruit liqueurs, and food products, or to strengthen their current product offerings.

Over 80 producers—including sake breweries from Japan, local importers, distributors, and Japanese food product businesses—will come together to showcase their offerings. Many of these breweries are actively seeking local partners in Australia.

Trade buyers will enjoy exclusive entry from 3:30pm to 4:30pm, ahead of the general admission, allowing you to explore the festival in a focused environment and connect directly with suppliers. (Registered buyers are welcome to remain for the public session at no additional cost.)

With close to 400 varieties of sake, fruit liqueurs, and craft spirits available for tasting, this is your chance to explore the diverse flavours of Japan, while learning directly from producers and distributors.
