COCKTAIL TASTING

Okinawa Development and Promotion Bureau is sponsoring an Okinawa booth to showcase Okinawan liquor, with a special cocktail tasting experience available at their booth.

Okinawan liquor is truly unique, shaped by the region’s subtropical climate, local ingredients and centuries of craftsmanship. From traditional awamori—distilled with black koji mould and carefully aged for depth of flavour—to modern expressions, Okinawan liquor carries a rich heritage and distinctive taste found nowhere else.

Sake Festival attendees are invited to sample Okinawan liquor and enjoy cocktails prepared during each session by a skilled local bartender. Every cocktail highlights the unique character of the Okinawan liquor used, offering a new discovery with every sip. The bartender will also share insights into the inspiration and techniques behind each recipe, enhancing your appreciation of these special creations.

Learn about the craftsmanship, traditions and stories behind Okinawan liquor from professionals with deep knowledge and passion for the culture.

Location: Okinawa Liquor Booth

Don’t miss this chance to explore new ways of enjoying Okinawan liquors and indulge in an extraordinary experience available only at this Sake Festival.

Different cocktails will be available during each time slot. Programme subject to change.
