Is re-entry allowed?
Yes, a wristband will be given on the day, and will be able to re-enter with it during the opening hours on the same day.
Can I bring my own tasting glass?
No, you cannot use your own glass for tasting. Tastings are only allowed in dedicated glasses provided at the Sake Festival.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are not allowed at the venue. Service animals are welcome.
Is there vegan food available?
Yes, vegan and Vegetarian options will be available to offer. More details will be available on the day at the venue or in the festival brochure.
I don’t drink alcohol. Are non-alcoholic drinks available?
Yes, soft drinks are available for purchase.
Can I pay in cash?
No, all food, drinks and merchandise stations will be cashless. Please plan to bring a card and/or your digital wallet for payment.
Can I drink my shopping alcohol at the venue?
No, under Liquor Licensing Regulations, consumption of alcoholic beverages purchased at the venue are not allowed within the venue.
Tickets
I don’t drink but would still like to attend. Is there a non-drinker ticket?
Unfortunately non-drinker tickets are not available but we would love to have you! Non-alcoholic drink options and lots of Japanese products available for purchase and exciting activities to see. For more details, follow us and stay updated with our News page!
Are children free? Can I bring them?
Children under 18 are free. Please note that all under 18 are required to be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times during the event.
*A responsible adult is a person who makes adult decisions on behalf of the minor.

How to check in on the day?
Have your ticket receipt email ready for scanning at the door. Tickets can be downloaded by clicking 'Download PDF' or 'Download Apple Wallet Pass'.

Online tickets are sold out. Are tickets available on the day?
Online tickets will usually be at capacity by a week before the event. In case you missed, there will be a limited amount of tickets available to purchase at the door. However please be aware that if you are waiting in line with ticketed patrons, entry to the festival will be prioritised for those with pre-purchased tickets, Door sales are subject to venue capacity.
Is the ticket transferable?
Yes, the name on the ticket will not affect who is admitted to the event.
Are companion cards accepted?
Yes, you can enter along with your ticketed support person. Please present your valid card at the reception.
I’m in the hospitality industry. Is there a ticket for a trader?
Australian Sake Festival is designed for general consumers, and there are no tickets specifically for traders
